payment & billing options
Card Payments
We accept online payments from American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Solo cards only. Payments are charged based on the order value of the invoice. No additional charges are added to the invoice value.
Please note: Your credit/debit card statement will show this transactions as "Design Go Ltd"
Payment By Cheque
Customers paying by cheques need to make cheques payable to ‘Design Go Ltd’ sent to the following address:
Design Go, Unit 1, Mill Hill Ind Est, Flower Lane. London NW7 2HU
All cheques should accompany a copy of the order, cheque guarantee number and daytime contact number to avoid delays to the order.
PayPal
All Paypal payments should be sent to paypal@design-go.com or paypal@design-go.co.uk with the Order Reference Number at all times. Please note that for safety reasons we can only ship to the registered address provided by Paypal. This address will take precedence over any other delivery instructions, even if it is different to the address specified when placing the order. Payment needs to reach us within 2 days of placing the order otherwise the order may be cancelled. |
